Beijing Guorui International Investment Plaza Landscape Design

Located in the fast-growing Beijing Yizhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Guorui Plaza is a multi-purpose development project that demonstrates how sustainable water use can be effectively integrated with contemporary landscape design to create a vibrant urban environment. At the same time enrich the personal environmental experience.

The Anbo Daishui Channel aims to promote a new model of multi-purpose development projects through this project. The design of the hydrostatic platform subtly reflects the architectural and surrounding environmental structure images, and the waterscape fountain activates the public square space. The underground rainwater management system collects rainwater from the roof and the ground on the park to provide water for the lake in the center of Guorui Plaza. The ecological purification community not only maintains a high standard of water quality, but also enhances the comfort of the overall outdoor environment.

The mobile park landscape provides a wide variety of individual leisure and group activity spaces for residents who live there, providing ever-changing landscapes through the ups and downs of the terrain. Public areas have added high-quality urban living spaces, where you can sit back and relax in the shade of three or five, or take part in large-scale events in the public square to explore and appreciate the art and waterscape.
